Me, Aya, & her dad. 2 people who loved each other once, who created this incredible little human together, & who now have to navigate something SO much more complicated than staying together or walking away completely.
Co-parenting is anything but a clean break. Itās showing up to birthdays & events with the person you used to build a whole future with & feeling the flicker of what was, even though you both know why it couldnāt stay that way. Itās loving someone & knowing, with complete certainty, that you canāt be together. Different values. Different principles. Different paths. Hereās the thing nobody tells you, knowing why it didnāt work doesnāt make it hurt less
Itās missing half of her firsts. Half of her ordinary Tuesdays. Half of the small moments that make up a childhood, because love for our daughter meant choosing 2 homes over 1 house full of tension.
The hardest part of all listening to your daughter ask why mummy & daddy canāt be together & live happily ever after. Watching her not understand why she has to be torn between 2 homes, 2 bedrooms, 2 versions of ānormal.ā Holding her while she misses daddy when sheās with me, & knowing sheās missing me the same way when sheās with him. Thereās no fixing that ache for her. You just hold it with her, feeling it to over& over, hoping your love is enough. Reminding ourselves her Soul chose us as her parents, for who ever reason her soul needs to move through this and navigate this just like ours šŖ¶
This isnāt something we deal with once & move past. Itās daily. As is triggering eachother. Itās the next 20 years of our lives, MINIMUM every birthday, every holiday split down the middle. This is the long game now. itās hard and itās complicated.
But we keep choosing this. Not because itās easy itās not but because Aya deserves two parents who show up for her, together, even when together looks different than we once imagined.
Not a broken family. Not a perfect one either. Just two people, doing something hard, out of love for the one person who matters more than either of our stories.

I canāt ask someone to go deeper and stay for the transformation if Iām not willing to do the same with my own value.
Holding this boundary hasnāt been easy.
Itās meant sitting with my own worth, for probably longer than I should have tbh really sitting with it and choosing to honour what Iāve built, what Iāve studied, what I carry, the change I get to witness, instead of shrinking it to fit a rhythm Iāve already outgrown.
šÆļø Real transformation doesnāt arrive in one sitting. It arrives in the return, the layering, the slow work of integrating what a single session only opens the door to.
So from October 31st, 1:1 sessions move from 60 to 90 minutes, with a minimum of five sessions. Current rate and length are open ONLY until then, if youāve been feeling the call. šŖ¶
There will always be plenty of opportunity to continue working me through my group work:
šø Frog Ceremony ā August 31st
š Mushlove ā September 19th
š¹ Mushwomb ā September 13th
š Sisterhood Sleepover ā October 24th
My downloadable Healing Library is also coming soon.
If you want to work with me 1:1 online š» at my current rate, you have until October 31st. š„

Our beautiful womenās-only MushWomb Day Retreat returns. š¹
A whole day dedicated to the feminine.
To the womb.
To sisterhood.
To slowing down enough to hear the whispers beneath all the noise.
Because the womb can hold SO much.
The energetic imprints of previous partners.
S*xual experiences and trauma.
Birth trauma and pregnancy loss.
Mother line wounds and inherited patterns.
Fear around receiving, pleasure and intimacy.
Old identities and beliefs about what it means to be a woman.
And yet, the womb is so much more than the place from which we birth life.
She is our creation centre š
The energetic home of our creativity, sensuality, intuition and feminine power, not just where we birth life but where we birth ideas, projects, businesses, visions and manifestations into the world š
When we disconnect from the womb, we can also disconnect from our ability to create, receive and trust ourselves.
This day is an invitation to come back.
Weāll gather as women in an intimate ceremonial space, weaving together:
š¹ Womb healing
šæ Yoni steaming
š¤ Sisterhood circle
⨠Ritual + intention
š Rest, reconnection and feminine nourishment
A space to soften the armour š”ļø
To lovingly release what your womb no longer needs to carry.
To clear the energetic residue of past relationships and experiences.
To reconnect with your body, sensuality, creativity and feminine power.
To sit in circle with other women.
To be witnessed.
To receive.
And to remember the wisdom that lives within the body when we give ourselves enough space to listen.
A day to come home to the womb.
A day to come home to the feminine.
A day to come home to yourself. š¹
This will be an intimate women-only container with limited spaces.
13th September šø
