Our classes are changing to better support you on your bellydance journey.

💃BEGINNERS & BEYOND BELLYDANCE
🕕 Thursdays | 6:00–7:00pm
📍 Largs School of Arts Hall

Perfect if you've never tried bellydance before or you're within your first year of classes.
TERM 4: We're bringing out the beautiful VEILS! An elegant and exciting introduction to bellydance props.

💃 INTERMEDIATE BELLYDANCE
🕖 Thursdays | 7:00–8:00pm
📍 Largs School of Arts Hall

Perfect if you have around a year or more of experience, feel comfortable with the fundamental movements and are confidently transitioning between them.

TERM 4: More layers, more combinations and some choreography to challenge and inspire you!

5 minutes to mobilise and relieve your lower back and hips. Yes, most of what we do is on the chair and we NEVER get onto the floor in class.... sometimes you can find more ease, lying on your back and this is a little sequence for you to try at home in your bed or on the floor. I like this sequence for my lower back and hips. As always, go gently, slowly and smoothly with your breath :-) You can find a longer version of this on YouTube
