Ladies Clinic will be on at 9.30 on Friday 21st. If everyone can mention their coming that will give me a guage on numbers. If numbers get large I will open a 10.30 clinic.

Sorry to do this but my family believes sharing is caring and I am now positive for covid and really unwell so have to CANCEL this week's clinic.

As it is so 🥶 & 🌬️ I won’t be going out today.
Tuesday is meant to be a fun learning day & playing in the freezing cold wind is not fun🤣
Hopefully the wind will drop during the week and be mild for Fridays clinic.
