My clients amazing transformation 💪🏽
This is what consistency and determination looks like 🙌🏼
Every workout I throw at Vicki she always pushes herself, does everything I ask (except ridiculous jump squats 😂) and doesn’t leave anything in the tank!
So proud of her efforts 💪🏽💪🏽

Stay hydrated 💦
Whether you’re a serious athlete or simply exercise for recreation, it’s important to stay hydrated. Good hydration means getting the right amount of water before, during, and after exercise. Water regulates your body temperature and lubricates your joints. It helps transport nutrients to give you energy and keep you healthy. If you’re not hydrated, your body can’t perform at its highest level. You may feel tired, have muscle cramps, dizziness, or other serious symptoms.
Hate drinking plain water all the time?
👉🏼 Add BCAA into your routine. Simply add 1 scoop to 1L of water!

What do you think of yourself compared to 3 months ago? 😄
Exercise and physical activity are a great way to feel better, boost your health and have fun. Try to aim for at least 120 minutes a week of exercise! That’s only X4 30 minute sessions a week 🤔
For optimal results engage in a combination of vigorous and moderate aerobic exercises, such as running, walking or swimming. 🏊🏻♂️
Pencil in strength training at least twice a week by lifting free weights, using weight machines or by doing body weight exercises. 🏋🏽♂️
Now, what will you think of yourself 3 months from now? 🤔💪🏽👇🏽

Fitness is much more then just exercise. It’s a catalyst for positive change, and it effects every aspect of your life.
I’ve been working with Jake for 4 months, his initial goal was to increase strength and fitness so he can thrive in his new career!
I’m proud to say he has smashed every goal we have set, been consistent with training and is absolutely killing it 💪🏽

Does this sound like someone you know? 🤔
Yo-yo dieters often take calorie restriction to extremes sometimes under 600 calories a day, leading to considerable weight loss and therefore in their eyes "success". 😆
As the diet continues, however, depression, fatigue and other negative effects set in, making the diet impossible to sustain for most people.
The dieter usually then reverts to their old eating habits, often consuming more than they did before the diet and thus regaining all the weight they lost. 😔
The person on the diet then wishes to lose the regained weight, and the cycle repeats.
Yo yo diets just don’t work ❌
Don’t hesitate on your health, act now and together we can get the results you are after. 💪🏽
