What is your favourite Upper Body exercise? πŸ’ͺ

Pull-Ups are a great choice as they use lots of muscles and are a functional movement πŸ™Œ

You can use Machines, Resistance Bands or even try some Jump-Pulls and Dead-Hangs to help increase your upper body strength. If a goal of yours is to do unassisted Pull-Ups then these exercises will help you get there ❀️‍πŸ”₯
