Adrian joined our Holiday Intensive in Platypus and finished it with a move up to Sea Otter! That's what a week of daily lessons can do. Well done from Kristy and the whole Neptune team 💙

In Sea Otter, Adrian will swim his first fully independent freestyle, learn to turn his head to breathe, and build his backstroke kick.

Joshua has earned his certificate and is moving up to Platypus! Huge effort in the pool. Zach and the whole Neptune team are so proud of you 💙

Platypus is where swimming properly begins. Joshua will start pairing freestyle arms with his kick, gliding on his front and back, and practising key survival skills like the back float.
