💥MONDAY MOTIVATION 💥
I hope everyone had a good Easter and enjoyed themselves over the weekend!
This post/quote is for anybody that indulged over Easter.
Whether it was enjoying a few beverages, going out to a nice restaurant or having some chocolate 🍻 🍝🍫
If you over indulged and over ate or over drank, don’t beat yourself up, it’s not the end of the world. You can still enjoy things in life and keep up your health and fitness at the same time.
This week is a new week so pick yourself up, get back on track and focus on smashing your goals for the week 💪

The man! showing off the lean muscle gain that he’s put on from our time together 💪
Daire is an advanced trainer who’s been in the gym for over 10 years. By using different variations of tempo, volume and technique we were able to see a noticeable increase in muscle size, strength and definition 💯
Daire also dropped his Body Fat Percentage from 12% to 9.3% 🤩

⭐️CLIENT TRANSFORMATION⭐️
From our first training session Tatiana has consistently pushed herself above and beyond, hitting an impressive 105kg Squat for 8 reps, she has showcased her strength and determination. Tatiana has also managed to drop a dress size to look and feel more confident 👏

⭐️ 12 WEEK CHALLENGE CLIENT TRANSFORMATION⭐️
Neville joined the 12 Week Challenge looking to shed some weight for his upcoming holiday. By consistently showing up ready to push himself in our training sessions and sticking to his calorie targets, Neville managed to lose 9kgs in the 12 weeks!
“Have just finished a 12 week program with Reid. Very happy with the results, I lost weight and put on muscle. Reid is very knowledgeable and can explain what the difference between variations of each exercise is and how it works different parts of the muscle. He teaches you proper form to avoid injury and if you have a twinge he won't push you to complete the exercise. If you're not keen on certain things he will find another exercise for you. I recommend that you use Reid as you will be happy with the results if you put the work in.
