A life full of playing race cars - engineering, building, owning, racing, repairing and everything in between. Firstly for yourself, then your friends and anyone that needed help, then Andy and Squizzy and now Caleb and Zoe!

Organising a ride in a compact Speedcar when Squizzy had nothing to race right through to building Caleb his quarter midget and then fielding a Speedcar for him to race alongside his dad and uncle - your love for your family was paired with your passion for the sport and we’re forever grateful for this legacy you’ve built for us.

Away from the race cars and race tracks sitting through hours and hours of dance concerts for Kate and following AJ and Zac with their footy, you were proud of everything each of us did.

And we are proud of you! Not just for everything you’ve done, but for person you are and the impact you’ve had on the lives of so many people.

It’s our very last skid of the 2025-26 season and we’ve trekked all the way to Toowoomba to wind it up with 50 Laps!

28 of the finest Speedcar drivers will battle it out for honours.
With 145 cars over 6 classes things kick off early today with an extended program but Speedcars don’t get started with official racing laps until 6pm

The final night on the VSDA calendar consists of The Barry Power Classic, Diggers Cup and the last round of the Southern Speedcar Tour……not to mention the BL Avalon Track Championship will also be decided!

A stacked field of 20 cars will fight it out for bragging rights kicking off with

And it’s double trouble! Caleb jumps back into the Synergy Racing v2 Compact Speedcar and Squizzy is taking a step back in time to pilot the v10.

Squizzy is no stranger to the division having driven for multiple teams over the years and winning the Australian Championship in the then Mills Motorsport v10 in season 2003-04.
Since leaving the Compact Speedcars, the v10 has been owned and run by Robbie and Nat Gordon and we’re grateful for the opportunity to drive for them.

Caleb hasn’t sat in the Compact Speedcar since winning the Speedweek Championship but he has certainly been busy with his Speedcar program and a stint on the spanners at the Chili Bowl.

🏎️ Racing starts at 4pm
Our remaining tshirt stock will be available to purchase for $10 with every dollar being donated to brain cancer research - so grab yourself a bargain and contribute to a great cause.

Massive shout out to all our fans who jumped onboard our merch sale at the Australian Speedcar Championship, we are pleased to announce we raised $275 to donate to Brain Cancer Research!

We can’t thank everyone enough for getting behind this cause, the support is overwhelming and so very appreciated.

Since then, we’ve also gone through the cupboards and have found some more shirts!
For anyone that missed out these are now available online at https://millsmotorsport.square.site again for just $10 with the entire amount being donated.

We’ve also had a considerable amount of people who also just wanted to donate so we’ve created a donate button for anyone that would like contribute.

The ultimate result was a DNF which is not what anyone wanted, but we’re grateful that Caleb and the car are fine despite the bell housing breaking free from the engine plate whacking Caleb’s legs with every rotation.

Having qualified 5th from a total of 37 drivers, Caleb certainly held his own over the weekend and we’re proud of his efforts.

We’re washed up, repaired and ready to go again!

After night one Caleb sits 12th in points which isn’t the greatest but it also isn’t the worst. There’s plenty of room to improve with another 2 rounds of heats tonight prior to the championship grids being decided.
