🐴 Concorde – A Legendary KWPN Showjumping Stallion 🏆

Few stallions have left a mark on showjumping breeding quite like Concorde. 🌟 A talented international competitor and an exceptional sire, Concorde became one of the influential KWPN stallions of his generation, with his bloodlines continuing to appear in jumping pedigrees today.

Foaled in 1984, Concorde was a striking bay stallion standing approximately 1.69 m. He was bred from an outstanding combination of jumping and performance bloodlines, being by the legendary Voltaire and out of Flyer, by Marco Polo. 🧬🐎

🏆 Success in the Sport

Concorde wasn't simply a breeding stallion—he proved his ability at the highest levels of the sport.

Ridden internationally by Jos Lansink, Concorde enjoyed an impressive showjumping career. Among his achievements was victory in the Grand Prix of Nordrhein-Westfalen at Aachen, while in 1994 he became Dutch Champion. 🇳🇱🥇

He also achieved major placings at prestigious international shows including Amsterdam, Darmstadt, Lanaken, Helsinki and Gothenburg. 🌍🏆

🧬 A Pedigree Built for Performance

Concorde's pedigree combines some of the most influential names in European sport-horse breeding:

Concorde (KWPN)

🐴 Sire: Voltaire → Furioso II → Furioso xx
🐴 Dam: Flyer → Marco Polo → Poet xx

His sire, Voltaire, became one of the great names in international jumping breeding, while Concorde's dam line brought the valuable influence of Marco Polo.

🌟 Concorde's Lasting Legacy

Concorde's greatest influence arguably came through his breeding career. He developed into an exceptional sire of international show jumpers and was awarded the prestigious KWPN Preferent predicate—recognition of the lasting quality and influence of his offspring. 👑

Among his notable descendants are Marius Claudius, Larino, Talan, Viktor and Conquest II, alongside many other successful sport horses.

With 1,891 offspring recorded by Hippomundo, Concorde's contribution to sport-horse breeding was enormous. His genetics have travelled through generations, making his name a familiar sight in the pedigrees of modern jumping horses. 🧬✨

If you want a big, bold horse, with large floaty movement, light enough on his feet, but a bigger b***d, a more traditional Warmblood. Elton is one to look at.
He has gorgeous markings, a sweet temperament, with a ‘known’ presence. Elton has amazing movement and will make a super eventer, or excel in any chosen discipline, dressage, jumping, working equitation. Bringing some brilliant dressage lines from his Dam and mixing them with the brilliant jumping lines of his Sire, Elton will eat up the XCountry. He has the confidence to make a top eventer!

Elton will be sold vaccinated, microchipped and wormed. He will be available for collection after branding in mid October. A payment plan is available to secure Elton.

Fillies Elorde ‘Flash’

Flash is a lovely c**t, he is very quiet, has a lovely temperament, movement to die for, and some very flashy markings too. He is the sweetest foal in the paddock, very easy going and has the moment and looks to go far.

Flash is out of a gorgeous stock horse mare who has been successfully shown, competed in hacking, dressage and eventing. The Dam line boasts heritage stock horse linage as well as the grand sire Kirby Park Nantanboo, a well known horse in SA for eventing. Her sire Davien Park Solei’ Rex is a successful allrounder, loving jumping and hunting. Adding Flash’s sire linage with some top tier Showjumping lines such as Emerald, Baluga, Vivant, Balou Du Rouet, Diamant De Semilly, Flash is destined to be an eventer.

I believe with Flash’s nature, his super temperament, he would also be suitable for a junior to take on as their first horse. Flash will be available after branding in Spring. He will be sold microchipped, wormed and vaccinated. A payment plan is available until flash is able to leave the property after branding.
