Tiziano Sguerso is a systemic practitioner and Constellations observer, specialising in helping people restructure their life experiences to unlock their fullest potential. His personal journey has led him to confront his own shadows, drawing growth and insight from lived experience and the in-depth exploration of systemic dynamics along the way. Guided by discipline, intuition, and curiosity, he has walked a self-development path that has taken him to work with teachers and guides worldwide. Through this process, he has allowed himself to return to his individual expression. With the foundation of his own experiences, he supports others in confronting and transforming their own challenges—helping them break free from limiting patterns and become their authentic selves. At the core of Tiziano’s work lies a key principle: the more one integrates their system of belonging and family of origin through its experiences, the more one can become their own individual self. In this movement toward inner order and reconciliation, what are commonly experienced as “personal gifts” or “special talents” naturally emerge. From this understanding, Tiziano has developed a distinctive approach to systemic constellations. Through the use of precise and often striking statements that have led him to be well known worldwide, he brings unconscious dynamics to the surface, allowing interrupted movements and blockages within a given situation to be released and resolved. This practice honours both personal individuality and systemic roots, addressing life’s challenges from a soul-level perspective. It initiates what he refers to as the morphic movement—the movement of the soul—through targeted phrases and declarations that reveal hidden dynamics, release emotional charges, and dissolve imprints that obstruct full expression. By releasing unconscious blockages, Tiziano supports bringing harmony to key areas of life, including relationships, finances, health, and recurring patterns—offering individuals the possibility of reconnecting with natural flow.

🇦🇺 Men are joy.
Fathers are joy.

The people who carry a lot of sadness are people who grieve or long for the father they could never meet in their hearts.
Women are sad and resentful in the absence of proper manhood and structure by their side.
Children are sad and lost. They fall into addictions and dependencies.

Through Constellations therapy, we see how this longing often reflects in alcoholism or workaholism; both are a longing for that joy that drives, direction and sparkles that could never be met in the flesh.

The absence of men also means the absence of order, structure, and predictability.
It creates chaos, anger and outbursts.
In many years of experience, I have often seen, if not always, that a woman is angry because a man, or more, is excluded—the more sadness and rage and the more exclusion in place. The more masculinity is embodied out of resentment and in the wrong place.

The absence of men has also disrupted how people understand each other's roles. What is it to be a man? What is it to be a woman?
When we restore that interrupted movement within the family system, we can unlearn what we learned out of fear and insecurity, and we can learn again what it means to love in harmony within our individual polarity.

🇮🇹 GRAZIE.

Viaggiare per il mondo e poi tornare spesso in Italia, a casa, per lavoro, mi ha insegnato che essere italiano non è solo un mio diritto, ma soprattutto un mio dovere!
È un mio dovere tornare a casa mia e portare con me le migliorie che ho trovato in me e nel mondo, per migliorare casa mia, la mia terra, non solo attraverso il mio lavoro, ma anche nella mia vita di tutti i giorni.

È il dovere di un adulto responsabile lasciare un posto migliore a chi viene e onorare i sacrifici e le sofferenze di chi è passato. Da dove parte tutto? Dai propri genitori. L’amore, e il primo per se stessi, parte proprio dai propri genitori e, come abbiamo ampiamente osservato in questi tre giorni magici, in principio proprio dalla mamma.

Quest’anno è stato un evento davvero speciale, in compagnia di Francesca Ollin | Metodo EMH® , con cui c’è stata un’alchimia lavorativa radicata nell’armonia, nel servizio e nell’ordine tra il femminile e il maschile!

Quindi vi preannunciamo che abbiamo già avviato i preparativi per una seconda edizione…

That is why they still state beneath their complaint: “What you have done, what you have given me, was not right!”

They complain as they have not cried yet. Often, they cannot do so out of fear.

🇦🇺 What is the outcome of “forgiving” your parents?

Being above them.
What kind of relationship do you encounter when you are above your parents? Especially with your mother?
A relationship where you parentify the other.
You are in a relationship with someone whom you consider yourself above, therefore a little boy to rescue or a little girl to save.

What kind of work experience do you have “forgiving” your parents?
A work relationship where you deal with arrogant and entitled people. Why? Who is the arrogant one forgiving someone who is hierarchically bigger? You! So you experience yourself indefinitely.

How do we take what has been given and remove what we call systemic or spiritual arrogance? By processing the unprocessed, taking the experience of your family system just as it has been given, and therefore becoming.

But are you ready for it? Are you ready for harmony? You need one ingredient that differentiates children from adults: responsibility.
