6.8kg body fat down. Bio age 2 years younger. 8 weeks.
That’s Neville. Won our last Reset Challenge — $500 cash and the trophy.
He didn’t push to 110% every day. Showed up consistently, took the coaches’ advice, made small changes week to week.
Five others crossed the line behind him. Scotty G added 1.1kg of lean mass. Jace dropped 5.9kg. Vez, Andrea S, and Andrea N each chipped at body fat percentage.
