We practice the Traditional Japanese style of Shotokan Karate, according to the principles of the JKA (Japan Karate Association).
It is our aim to share, and spread the practice of Traditional Japanese Karate. Junior Class - 6.00 - 6.45pm
Senior Class - 6.45 - 8.15pm
Come and try - 4 lessons for free. Track pants and a t-shirt will get you started.
Back to normal training times tonight. 6pm for Juniors. 6.45 for big kids.
