So incredibly proud of and his first SSAA national shooting competition at monarto over the weekend. He held composure and a calm throughout extremely tough conditions and a new rifle set up. Thank you to everyone that helped him including all competitors that came from overseas and interstate.

Day 13 PO and boot and bandage off today 🥳🤸‍♀️🏋️‍♀️ SO freaking excited to start rehabbing and getting stronger so I can get back to running 🏃 Thank you to everyone for the messages and support, for checking in and putting up with my grumpiness! Thank you Ben Beamond for fixing my ankle!

Thank you Dr Ben Beamond and all the amazing nurses at The Burnside Hospital for taking such good care of me today. I appreciate everyone but most of all my incredible husband for being the kindest, most patient man a wife could ever ask for! Let the healing begin!
