💙 10 COACHES NEEDED💙

Sturt community, we’re so close, we still need 10 coaches for our lower division boys’ and girls’ teams.
Every one of these teams deserves a coach who will help them learn, build confidence and enjoy their basketball.
Without more coaches, we’ll need to reduce the number of teams we can offer going forward. That means fewer opportunities for our kids to play, something we need your help to avoid.
The usual commitment is one game and two training sessions per week. If you think you can contribute but can’t commit to all three, please still reach out. We can discuss ways to adapt the role to suit your availability.

Aussie Hoops is bouncing back on Thursday, October 22nd at Springbank Secondary College for kids aged 5 to 10.

🗓️ Mixed sessions: Thurs, Fri, Sat
🚺 Girls-only sessions: Friday

📣 Every SA school-aged child scores 2 x $100 Sports Vouchers each year. Use those vouchers here, and basically half the year's costs are covered! 📣

Our two Under 14 teams are heading west for the Foot Locker Under 14 Club Championships, taking on clubs from across Australia from 27 September to 2 October.

Good luck to all our players, coaches and team staff, and thank you to the families, volunteers, and supporters helping them get there.

🏀 AUSSIE HOOPS IS BACK FOR TERM 4

Sturt Sabres Aussie Hoops kicks off Thursday 22 October at Springbank Secondary College.

Ages 5 to 10. Fun, skills and games with our Sabres coaches, no experience needed.

📅 Mixed sessions: Thursday, Friday, Saturday
