ANZAC Day.

This Saturday the 25th, we’re doing Murph, our way—built on health, wellness, and longevity. It’s not about emptying the tank completely, but showing up for the long game.

This Saturday — 8AM & 9AM
Solo or teams of 3–4 (slight variation).

Pace it, move well, lean on your crew.
We remember them. We train for life. We’re in it for the long haul— together.
