Thanks Liam Shipton Soccer School for coming along to our yoga session at Eimeo Surf Lifesaving Club - Eimeo SLSC 🙏 All of the kids put in so much effort and hopefully learnt some new yoga poses and stretches that can help improve their performance on the soccer field 🧘‍♀️ It was also great learning about mindfulness and taking time to relax 😌 Good job everyone 👏
