🥎 ROUND 2 DELIVERS SHUTOUTS, STATEMENTS AND BIG SCORES AT NAMSA 🥎
The 2026/27 NAMSA season continued in impressive fashion on Friday night, with Round 2 producing dominant performances, high-scoring contests and plenty of movement across the ladder.
Division 1 saw two teams make major statements. Hillbillies bounced back from their opening-round defeat with an emphatic 15-2 victory over Valley View Eagles, while Axemen Red continued their unbeaten start to the season with a commanding 8-0 shutout win over Jaguars Blue in a clash between two Round 1 winners.
Division 2 belonged to Axemen Blue and USC Red. Axemen Blue made it two wins from two starts, defeating Jaguars White 10-0, while USC Red responded strongly after Round 1, keeping Raptors Blue scoreless in an impressive 13-0 victory.
Division 3 brought the fireworks, with Raptors Orange producing the highest score of the evening in a powerful 22-8 win over USC White. Not to be outdone, Phantoms continued their perfect start to the season, defeating USC Navy 21-7 to remain unbeaten after two rounds.
After two weeks of competition, early contenders are emerging, rivalries are beginning to take shape, and every club is showing they're ready for the challenge ahead.
