This year our gym will be running, jogging and walking the HBF Run for a Reason. Some of us are taking on the 12km and some the 3km. Ollie is our reason. He has chosen to fundraiser for Kids Cancer Support Group and we would love you to donate to help him smash past that $3000 goal!

Something I just shared with our 6 week challenge group… I thought everyone might need to consider this over the weekend.

Going out to socialise, eating out or even just a slip up with too many Easter choccies…

Does not mean… “F*** it, may as well eat like 💩 the rest of the weekend and start again next week”

It means… you get straight back in to routine and your very next meal balanced and nutritious. Not next week, not tomorrow! THE NEXT MEAL!

It won’t ruin your progress, you won’t regain all the weight. It is just part of life. We need balance. We need to enjoy the good things (like chocolate 🍫 😜).

Last week we mixed things up with a Public Holiday Bootcamp! Amazing turnout out and they pushed hard! We made it challenging, longer work time but smashed through the 6 stations. Lots of squats! Lots of running! Endurance was pushed to the max. Well done team!

Stacey will be joining us as the nutritionist/ weight loss consultant for our next 6 week challenge. You’ll get amazing one on one support from Stacey. You might see her around the gym smashing a workout in the early morning, on the floor coaching and now providing nutritional support to members.
