Reformer & Matwork Group Classes + Private 1:1 Sessions

We found ourselves a pretty lovely little spot 🤍

Our casual Matwork classes have officially moved to The Raw Space in Henley Brook, and I think you're going to love it here.

We'll be in the conservatory, a beautiful light-filled space tucked amongst the gardens, plenty of room for Pilates, a good stretch, the usual chats and hopefully a few new faces too.

Our classes are completely casual, and everyone is welcome, whether you've been part of The Pilates Loft for ages or you've been thinking about coming along for the first time.

Bring your mat, bring a friend if you like, and I'll bring everything else we need 🤍

Casual classes are now open to book 🤍

While our Ellenbrook studio takes a little break, you can still come and move with us at Charlotte’s Vineyard Community Centre.

We’ll be running Signature Matwork and Stretch & Flex as casual classes, no memberships or ongoing commitment, just book the classes that suit you!

Bookings are now live through Momence and our website, and I’d absolutely love to see some familiar faces there 🥰

Just remember to BYO Pilates/yoga mat, all other props will be provided.

See you on the mat xx

A little studio update 🤍

Our final day at our current studio will be Saturday 22 August, but this isn’t goodbye.

While we work out what comes next for The Pilates Loft, I’ll be running casual Matwork classes at Charlotte’s Vineyard Community Centre so we can still keep moving and seeing those familiar faces.

Classes will be casual only, no memberships or ongoing commitment, and you’ll still be able to book through Momence or on our website just like normal. BYO mat and come along whenever a class suits you.

I’ll keep sharing new class dates and updates as we go, and I’m hopeful there are some really lovely things ahead for The Pilates Loft 🤍 xx

Maybe you've been thinking about trying Pilates for a while...

You've looked at our page, had a little browse through the website, or maybe a friend has been telling you to come along.

But then the little voice pops up...

"I'm not flexible enough."
"I'll wait until I get a bit fitter."
"I won't know what I'm doing."

The truth is, most of the people in our studio remember feeling exactly the same.

You don't need to arrive knowing anything. You don't need to be flexible. And you certainly don't need to have Pilates experience.

You just need to walk through the door.

The rest has a funny way of falling into place.

Before long, you'll start recognising familiar faces, having little chats before class, celebrating the things your body can do and wondering why you put it off for so long. 🤍

Our Intro Offer is the perfect way to try a few different classes and see if The Pilates Loft feels like home.

You'll find it via the link in our bio or on our website.

We'd love to welcome you 🤍

Maybe you've been thinking about trying Reformer Pilates for a while... 🤍

Maybe you've driven past the studio, had a look at our website or had a friend tell you how much they love coming each week.

But taking that first step can feel like the hardest part.

That's exactly why we've created our Come & Try Reformer Pilates session.

In just 30 relaxed minutes, you'll have the chance to meet us, get familiar with the Reformers and experience what a class at The Pilates Loft is really like.

One of the questions we're asked all the time is...

"Do I need to be flexible?"

Not at all.

You don't need to be able to touch your toes, you don't need to be fit, and you definitely don't need any Pilates experience.

If you're coming back from an injury, managing aches and pains, or simply haven't exercised in a while, that's okay too. We keep our groups small so we can get to know you and help you find what feels right for your body.

What we love most about The Pilates Loft isn't just the Pilates.

It's the familiar faces each week, the laughs before class starts, the chats afterwards and seeing people leave feeling just that little bit better than when they walked in.

Who knows... a few months from now, you might be one of the people staying after class for a chat, celebrating little wins and wondering what took you so long 🤍

📅 Sunday 26 July
🤍 Maximum 6 people
💰 Just $10

We can't wait to meet you.

✨ 100 classes! ✨

Today we're celebrating a very special milestone. 💛

Sofie is officially the very first member of The Pilates Loft to reach 100 classes!

As one of our Founding Members, Sofie has been with us from the very beginning. She took a chance on us before we had even found our feet, and since then she has shown up for herself week after week, one class at a time.

Sofie, thank you for being such a special part of our community. You bring so much warmth to the studio, and it's people like you who make The Pilates Loft what it is. We always look forward to seeing you walk through the door, love our chats, and are so grateful you've been part of this journey from day one.

Congratulations on this incredible milestone. We couldn't think of a more deserving person to be our very first member of the 100 Club, and we can't wait to celebrate many more milestones with you. 🩵🎉

I think our Monday evening class has been a little misunderstood... 😂

Our Monday evening Intermediate Reformer + Mat class has always scared a few people away because of one little word...
..Intermediate

The funny thing is, the class isn't about being stronger, fitter, bendier, or somehow "better" at Pilates than everyone else.

It's simply a chance to explore some of the more technical Pilates movements and repertoire that we don't always get to in our regular classes.

Think:
✨ Refining your Pilates skills
✨ Learning new movements
✨ Building confidence on the Reformer & Mat
✨ Understanding your body and movement a little more deeply

Not:
❌ trying to survive the hardest class on the timetable

If you've been coming to The Pilates Loft for a few months and feel comfortable with the basics, there's a very good chance you'd be absolutely fine in this class 😊

And as always, we layer exercises, provide options, and meet you where you're at.

So if you've been looking at this class from afar thinking "that's definitely not for me" ... maybe it actually is 🤍

Because of this, we've decided to give the class a little rename.

You'll start to see it listed as Pilates Progressions on the timetable.

The class itself isn't changing at all; we simply wanted the name to better reflect what the class is actually about.

It's not about working harder.

It's about learning more, refining your movement, and continuing to build on the skills you've already developed.

We'd love to see some new faces in class 😊
