Squats are more than just a leg day staple, they’re a fundamental human movement. 🏋️♂️
They build strength through the hips, glutes, quads, and core, improve mobility and joint health, and translate directly to how we run, lift, jump, and live day to day.
Train them well and you don’t just get stronger, you move better, perform better, and stay resilient for the long run.

ROW MOVEMENTS
Row movements are essential for shoulder health, posture, and overall performance, as they strengthen the upper back (rhomboids, mid/lower traps, rear delts) to balance pressing, keep the shoulders stable, and reduce injury risk; they counteract rounded posture from sitting and running, improve scapular control, and support better mechanics in lifts like bench press, overhead press, and deadlifts, while also enhancing core stability and building back thickness for a balanced physique making rows a non-negotiable exercise that should be trained at least as often, if not more, than pressing movements.
