A quick reminder to our Tuesday night adults squad... there is no squad Tuesday 24th oct due to coach unavailability (she is a real slacker that one 😜). We will be back in action next week.

Tuesday open water adults group tomorrow night 19 Sept!! We are on! See you there 7:30-8:30pm $5 and all levels welcome.

If you have been thinking of open water swimming this summer now is the time to get started on stroke technique and confidence in the water.

Tuesday 7:30-8:30pm @ eltham swimming school is an adult technique session for all levels from beginner to advanced. Only 5 per session.

Helpful tips when your out trotting :)

Back In Motion Montmorency Physiotherapist Marty Ayres demonstrating some tips for the running season. Marty started off the season with a series of lectures and practical sessions prior to the Eltham Leisure Centre Fun Run. For those looking to build their volume over this Easter period and towards Run Melbourne and the Melbourne Marathon later in 2017, or if you are still recovering from Run For The Kids, watch this simple video. Senior Physiotherapist Marty Ayres who demonstrates his own form in the video, (and you may have seen him at the local Park Run, or on the flyer for the Eltham Fun Run!), has completed further Post Graduate studies at La Trobe University in Sports Physiotherapy. Marty also has a special interest in running and running related injuries having completed further training in the niche area. We have registered our club with both these events and all are welcome to join us!
Just click 'I am a member of a Tri club' when you register, then you can select us (ESSDolphins Triathlon and Multisport).
