Happy International Friendship Day!
Kanga is all about making connections and meeting new people.
I’m so grateful for all the friendships I’ve made over the last 6 years! These are 2 very special Kanga mumas, trainers and friends. 💝

So yesterday was my last class teaching Kanga.
After 6 years of doing classes non stop, my time has come to start a new chapter.
Not 💯% sure on the details/what that involves but watch this space. The universe has it all sorted & I trust the path I’m on.
will always and forever be about the 5 C’s!

I do love a good pun so what better way to announce something that has been 1 of the hardest decisions to make…
It’s time to hang up the carriers.
This will be my last week teaching Kanga. 😭
No soppy post here - if you want a Kanga fix with me, there’s 3 opportunities.
Doreen Tues @ 10
Eltham Thurs @ 10
Plus a special photo class on Friday @ 10! 🙌

School holiday pop up classes means we were able to be able to Kanga with some of our OG Kanga buddies - Thuy & Willow from
Kai & Willow were both in the carriers for the start of class.
Please note - this isn’t recommended unless you’ve been carrying regularly & your body & muscles have built up to it.
Pop up classes again next week means more chances to Kanga. Big kids and lil bubs are all welcome. 🥰

So well said! 🥰
We don’t appreciate the years of little kids while we’re in them.
Because humans never do until it's too late and they're gone.
While we're in it, we often wish parts of it away,
the hardly any time to ourselves,
the crawling across the floor to put away puzzles and crayons,
the peeling off stickers,
and scraping muffins and scrambled eggs off the kitchen floor.
We wish away the tantrums,
the constant fighting,
the bad behavior,
the non-stop laundry,
and the exhaustion ALL THE TIME.
We wish away every imperfect moment that makes our skin crawl.
But one day, it will be over
and we’ll miss it—
ALL OF IT.
We’ll miss the giggles,
the smiles,
the “not wiped off” kisses,
and chubby arms and toothless grins.
We’ll miss being needed,
the crooked teeth,
the time spent together,
and hearing “Mommy look!” every two minutes.
We’ll miss who we are RIGHT NOW as individuals and a family.
Because soon new people will be living in our house with us. Their faces and voices will morph into someone else’s.
And they’ll keep changing.
And we’ll be new people, too.
So, let’s try to take in ALL OF IT—
the bad, hard, and the good—
and not take any of it for granted.
Because I guarantee,
one day soon,
we’ll miss THIS.

What better way to spend a rainy day than dance all your troubles away.
Sounds like good lyrics for a song. 😉🤣
Kanga - it’s the most fun you can have exercising! 😉🤰🏻🥰
Ps - me holding a pelvis is 💯 standard. We talk about our pelvis, pelvic floor and all the important bits that need to be talked about after having a baby.
