THIS is what hard work looks like. 🥊🔥

A year ago Brody walked into Showtime at 125kgs. He was drinking, smoking and knew something had to change.

So he changed it.

No excuses. No shortcuts. No bu****it.

He stopped drinking. He stopped smoking. He cleaned up his diet, put in the work, kept showing up and refused to quit — even when it was hard.

Today he weighs 95kgs.

That’s 30kgs gone, but this transformation is about so much more than a number on the scales.

Brody has built discipline, confidence, toughness and self-belief. He has transformed himself into a serious fighter and an even better young man.

He’s proof that you can completely change your life when you decide you’ve had enough of the old one and back yourself all the way.

And through all of it, he’s still Brody — always laughing, always having a joke, always bringing good energy to the gym. We all absolutely love having him as part of the Showtime family.

From 125kgs to 95kgs. From drinking and smoking to disciplined athlete. From wanting change to BECOMING the change.

We couldn’t be prouder of you, mate.
