In their first year competing in the Central Coast competition, the boys have absolutely smashed it β€” and now they’ve earned themselves a spot in the Grand Final in Rockhampton on Saturday, 12 September!πŸ†

We’d love to get behind the boys and give them the support they deserve for their last game of the season! πŸ“£πŸ’—

We’re excited to welcome clubs from across Central Queensland to the 2026 Barraclough Shield at Morton Park! πŸ–€πŸ€

The carnival is all about player development, participation and enjoyment, with a focus on teamwork, respect, sportsmanship, effort and skill development β€” development comes before results! πŸ™Œβš½οΈ

⏰ Coaches, Managers and Referees Briefing will be held prior to kick-off outside the Clubhouse at
7:30am.

⏱️ Games are two 15-minute halves, with teams expected to be at their field at least 5 minutes before kick-off.

πŸ† Teams will play pool/round-robin matches before Development and Showcase fixtures, with the format designed to maximise game time and participation.

⭐ Player of the Match will be awarded after every game, recognising performance, effort, teamwork, sportsmanship and attitude β€” it doesn’t have to go to a player from the winning team!

An incredibly strong debut season for our Emerald Eagles U14/15 Division 1 boys, finished top of the ladder and crowned Minor Premiers! πŸ’šπŸ¦…

After 21 games, the boys finished the season on 55 points with an incredible +211 goal difference, which is an amazing achievement and a credit to the players and coaches.

Now it’s finals time! ⚽πŸ”₯

This Saturday, the boys head to Rockhampton to take on Berserker Bears in their Semi Final.
