With Brett Cash fresh off his Commonwealth games duties, we will be back on the beach every Sunday morning.

We will also be running a weekly session at Thursday nights from 6-7:30pm.

It's been a slow start to the year at CCWA but it's not how you start, it's how you finish and we are more than ready to get back after it. So if looking to get fit, learn a new skill or wrestle competitively come on down.

We will be starting back at West Gosford at 6-730pm Wednesday nights with more times to be added.
