Skate NSW Winter Camp

This weekend Skate NSW Artistic is pleased to invite all skaters from Rising Stars to Championship level, (as well as all coaches, officials and helpers), to the Skate NSW Artistic Winter Skate Camp at the Hawkesbury Indoor Stadium.

This will be a great opportunity for the NSW artistic skating community to work together to improve our skills and strengthen our knowledge of our wonderful sport.

The workshop will be presented by SkateNSW's own Internationally recognised World Skate Level 3 Coaches, Esther Ambrus and Gawaine Davis.

Dates and Times will be as follows:

Sat 8th August 2026 - 1:00pm - 5:00pm -

Sun 9th August 2026 - 9:00am - 3:00pm -
(Lunch break from 11:30am-12:30pm)

2026 Skate NSW Winter Skate Camp

On the weekend of 8th and 9th of August, Skate NSW Artistic are excited to present the Winter Skate Camp.

All artistic skaters are encouraged to participate and learn from World Skate Level 3 Coaches Gawaine Davis and Esther Ambrus-Davis.
(Skaters from Level 4 Skate Stars and Rising Stars are also welcome to participate).

Skaters will be shown new skating techniques and will get to refine their skating skills during the Winter Camp. All sessions will be fun and inclusive and skaters will enjoy the great inter-club atmosphere.

Team Skatel - Come & Try Roller Skating this Friday 17/7 from 6-8pm.

Team Skatel are excited to welcome New Members to Come & Try in anticipation of Term 3 Lessons!

Open to all On Skate members, for 2 hours of fun & learning, and to celebrate the clubs results from the recent Australian Championships.

If you are not a member, then you can simply join on a FREE 3 Week Trial Membership and then register for FREE for the Come & Try Event.

This weekend Team Skatel is excited to be hosting our first Skate NSW Rising Star Competition at our new home venue at the Penrith Valley Regional Sports Centre.
It’s’ free to spectate so why not come along and support our up and coming talented Rising Stars and see what Artistic Roller Skating is all about.

Let’s go Jessalyn, one more chance to compete and enjoy the experience World Skate have given our international athletes.

Our Senior Skater Jessalyn Brown is currently representing Australia at the Artistic World Cup in the Ladies Solo Style Dance Competition in Germany. She competes her Style Dance in the early hours of the morning here in Sydney (Weds 13/5), just after 2am.

Good Luck Jess, skate from the heart and we will all be cheering for you.
