24/10/2026 Milestones we are aware of
Congratulations to the following parkrunners who will be achieving milestones this weekend:
• Alan Bennie – double milestones – membership of the v100 club for volunteering 100 weeks at parkrun AND 300 parkruns
• Andy Tran – 50 parkruns
• Natalie Irvine – 300 parkruns

• We wish Maddie Harrington and Ryan Titheridge all the best for their year 12 exams, which begin in the coming week!
Alan Bennie – double milestones – membership of the v100 club for volunteering 100 weeks at parkrun AND 300 parkruns
• Alan’s parkrun journey began at Frog Hollow on 18/04/2015.
• This weekend when he does the role of tail walker, he will gain membership of the v100 club, for volunteering 100 weeks at parkrun, the equivalent of volunteering every week for almost two years!
• He has done all his volunteering at Frog Hollow. He has earned 99 volunteer credits from filling a total of 106 roles.
• He has volunteered across twelve distinct roles. He has acted as timekeeper on 54 occasions, more than the equivalent of earning v50 from a single role. He has handed out finish tokens eighteen times and done barcode scanning twelve times. He has done the event day course check five times, been the photographer four times and done finish token support and been a backup timer three times each. He has done the first timers welcome and been the tail walker twice each, and done the roles of token sorting, pre-event setup and been a pacer once each.
• The most volunteer credits he has earned in a calendar year is nineteen, in 2024. He volunteered thirteen times in 2023, closely followed by twelve in 2022 and eleven in 2019 and 2025.
• When he’s been injured and unable to do parkrun, he’s volunteered frequently, when he could just have stayed at home and rested. His dedication and commitment to volunteering is greatly appreciated!
• He has an extremely generous volunteer ratio of 33%.
• As well as achieving his v100 milestone this weekend Alan will also be achieving his 300 parkruns milestone.
• His 300th parkrkun will be his 267th at Frog Hollow.
• On my table of parkrunners who have completed the most parkruns at Frog Hollow, he is ranked sixteenth.
• He has achieved a total of eight PBs.
• His best finish position is third, which he has achieved on three occasions, all at Frog Hollow.
• His best time is 22:19, run at Frog Hollow on 09/09/2018.
• His average time over 299 parkruns is 26:59.
• He has a best age grade percentage of 84.35%, earned twice, at Frog Hollow on 12/03/2022 and at Albury Wodonga on 02/04/2022.
• He has run at a total of 21 parkrun locations, fourteen in Victoria, three in South Australia, two in Queensland and one each in Western Australia and New South Wales.
• In South Australia he has run three times at Mount Gambier and once each at Carisbrook and Naracoorte Lake. He has run once at Margaret River in Western Australia, once at Albury Wodonga in New South Wales, and once each at Chermside and Old Thomson River Road in Queensland.
• His Victorian parkruns apart from Frog Hollow include four times at Jells, three times each at Bairnsdale, Birdsland Reserve and Dandenong. He has run twice at Willow and once each at another eight events.
• Alan currently runs in the VM75-79 age category. His fastest parkrun was in the VM70-74 age group.
• He is one of 48 parkrunners to have completed 100 or more parkruns in a single age group at Frog Hollow. He is one of twenty parkrunners to have completed 100 or more parkruns in two age groups at Frog Hollow. He completed 111 parkruns in the VM70-74 age group. To date he has completed 121 parkruns in VM75-79.
• Over his parkrun journey, Alan has held a total of 28 age category records. Out of the 21 parkrun events he’s done, there are only four where he hasn’t held at least one age category record.
• He currently holds the age category records for the VM75-79 age group at eight events, at Frog Hollow, Birdsland Reserve, Wangaratta, Chermside, Old Thompson River Road, Dandenong, Willow and Wimmera River at Horsham. Four of his previously held records for VM75-79 have been broken, including three at Frog Hollow, which he broke himself.
• He held records in the VM70-74 age group on sixteen occasions, at numerous events. They have since all been broken by other parkrunners.
• The most parkruns Alan has completed in a calendar year is 35 in 2019, earning him a Bronze Obsessive Award in Running Challenges. He also earned Bronze for completing 34 parkruns in 2018 and in 2022, and for completing 33 in 2017.
• Alan has earned all his official milestones at Frog Hollow.
• He reached his 25 parkruns milestone on 16/07/2916, his 50 parkruns milestone on 03/06/2017 and his 100 parkruns milestone on 24/11/2018. He reached his 200 parkruns milestone on 11/02/2023 and his 250 parkruns milestone on 18/01/2025.
• He earned membership of the v25 club for volunteering 25 weeks at parkrun on 19/10/2019, and membership of the v50 club for volunteering 50 weeks at parkrun on 11/02/2023.
• Alan is a Frog Hollow stalwart!
Andy Tran – 50 parkruns
• Andy’s parkrun journey began at Frog Hollow on 19/07/2025.
• His 50th parkrun will be his 40th at Frog Hollow.
• He has achieved a total of fourteen PBs.
• His best time is 26:48, run at Frog Hollow on 20/06/2026.
• His average time over 49 parkruns is 30:03.
• He has a best age grade percentage of 51.68%, earned on the day of his PB.
• He has run at a total of seven parkrun locations. He has completed one interstate parkrun, in Queensland. His Victorian events, apart from Frog Hollow include five at Berwick Springs and one each at another four events.
• Andy currently runs in the VM40-44 age category, in which he has completed all his parkruns to date.
• The most parkruns he has completed in a calendar year is 31, so far this year, earning him a Bronze Obsessive Award in Running Challenges.
• He reached his 25 parkruns milestone at Frog Hollow on 28/02/2026.
• We look forward to seeing him achieve lots more milestones in the future.
Natalie Irvine – 300 parkruns
• Natalie’s parkrun journey began at Berwick Springs on 17/05/2014 when she volunteered. She volunteered once at Berwick Springs and twice at Frog Hollow before she completed her first parkrun, at Frog Hollow on 20/06/2015
• Her 300th parkrun will be her 272nd at Frog Hollow.
• On my table of parkrunners who have completed the most parkruns at Frog Hollow she is ranked fourteenth.
• She has achieved a total of nine PBs.
• Her best time is 46:38, done at Frog Hollow on 21/09/2019.
• Her average time over 299 parkruns is 51:38.
• She has a best age grade percentage of 54.19%, achieved at Frog Hollow on 11/07/2026.
• She has participated at a total of eighteen parkrun locations. She has done six international events, four in the United Kingdom and two in New Zealand.
• In the United Kingdom she has completed Riverfront twice and Worthing, Newport and Lanhydrock once each.
• In New Zealand she has completed Hamilton Lake and East End at New Plymouth once each.
• She has completed two interstate events, at Applecross in Western Australia and Our Park in Tasmania.
• Her Victorian parkruns, apart from Frog Hollow include eight at Dandenong, four at Portland and one each at another seven locations.
• Natalie currently participates in the VW80-84 age category. Her fastest parkrun was in the VW70-74 age group.
• She is one of 48 parkrunners to have completed 100 or more parkruns in a single age group at Frog Hollow, and one of twenty parkrunners to have completed 100 or more parkruns in two age groups at Frog Hollow. She completed 107 parkruns at Frog Hollow in the VW70-74 age group, and 125 parkruns at Frog Hollow in the VW75-79 age group. To date she has completed 38 parkruns at Frog Hollow in the VW80-84 age group.
• The most parkruns she has completed in a calendar year is 39 in 2019, earning her a Bronze Obsessive Award in Running Challenges. She has earned another five Bronze Awards for completing 36 parkruns in 2025, 35 in 2022 and 31 in 2023, 2024 and to date in 2026.
• Natalie has earned 41 volunteer credits. Except for one volunteer role at Berwick Springs and two at Dandenong, all her volunteering has been done at Frog Hollow.
• She has volunteered across six distinct roles. She has handed out finish tokens 28 times and been the tail walker on seven occasions. She has done barcode scanning and been a parkwalker twice each and done finish token support and token sorting once each.
• She has a generous volunteer ratio of 13%.
• Natalie has achieved all her official milestones to date at Frog Hollow.
• She reached her 25 parkruns milestone on 18/02/2017, her 50 parkruns milestone on 07/04/2018 and her 100 parkruns milestone on 21/09/2019. She reached her 200 parkruns milestone on 25/11/2023 and her 250 parkruns milestone on 12/07/2025.
• She reached her v25 milestone, for volunteering 25 weeks at parkrun on 08/09/2022.
• Natalie and Bill are valued members of the Frog Hollow parkrun family.
