Competition this Saturday will start at 8.00am sharp for the following age groups:
Under 10 Boys
Under 11 Boys and Under 11 Girls
Under 13 - 17 Boys and Under 13 – 17 Girls

All other age groups will commence @ 8.30am sharp

Competition Saturday commences at 8.00am sharp for the following Age Groups:
# Under 9 Boys
# Under 10 Boys
# Under 15,16,17 Boys
# Under 11 Boys
# Under 11 Girls
# Under 15,16,17 Girls

All other Age Groups will commence @ 8.30am sharp.

Wk 3 details
Please note 200/300M Hurdle events for Under 13 to 17 Boys and Girls will commence @ 8.00 AM sharp this is to allow the program to Flow quicker.
All other athletes will commence @ 8:30 AM this week.

Training also commences tomorrow night starting at 5:30pm.
