Huge congratulations to White Tigers newest Kukkiwon 1st Poom and 2nd Dan rank promotions! 🥋 And to all our other students who stepped onto the mats for grading— exceptional!

Whether you reached a new belt/rank or are still walking the path toward your next milestone, be proud of how far you’ve come. Keep training with humility, supporting one another, and enjoying the journey ahead.

Huge Congratulations to Summer!
Representing White Tigers; Victorian state team and securing a Silver🥈Medal at the 2026 National Championships is an incredible milestone on its own, but what makes this achievement truly phenomenal is that Summer started her Taekwondo journey less than a year ago!

This is only the beginning—we can't wait to see what you conquer next! Keep kicking hard! 🥋🔥

Speed comes from relaxation, power comes from technique, and mastery comes from repetition.

So don't practice until you get it right. Practice until you can't get it wrong

Remember, recovery and injury prevention are just as important as the training itself..Finally back on light bags after 4 months of rehabilitation.
Torn ligament + ruptured tendon means your new instructor is a physio therapist 😅

Huge congratulations to the WT team on an outstanding performance at the Victorian State Poomsae Championships!
Medaling in 5 out of 7 extremely tough divisions is a massive achievement—especially with over half the squad competing at their very first state competition. Stepping onto that stage for the first time takes serious courage on the debut but most importantly the team spirit of supporting one another was key to the success. Well done team!

In the dojang, quiet composure is not weakness. The tiger is not hiding because it fears the forest; it is merely giving the forest time to forget it is there. When the bell rings, there is no hesitation—only absolute, fearless ex*****on.

And our duo tigers Sienna and Veronica did just that representing Australia at the 9th Heroes International Championships. They came with no fear of the mountain, only the pride of having climbed it and succeeded! True essence of building confidence when training at White Tigers Taekwondo.

With over 3,400 athletes across 30+ countries, stepping on the mat was a humbling reminder of how big our world is. Beyond the thrill of competition, a world class event is measured by the cultures shared, the lifelong friendships forged, and the unforgettable experiences created both on and off the stage.

Thailand did just that! Thank you 🙏

Hard work, teamwork and determination! 🐯🥋

Our White Tigers Australia team has been training hard and supporting one another as we prepare to compete in Thailand.

Every session brings new challenges, but we continue to push each other, improve together and grow stronger as one team. Behind every performance are countless hours of training, discipline, sacrifice and encouragement.

We are proud of the commitment shown by our athletes and grateful to our coaches, families and supporters who continue to stand beside us.

One team. One spirit. One goal. Together we roar! 🇦🇺🇹🇭
