Meet Bree, our Dance Fit dynamo, HYPOXI lead consultant, and resident Pocket Rocket! 💃🏻🚀

Her Dance FIIT classes are all about high energy, big smiles, and dancing like no one’s watching. You don’t need perfect coordination, just come ready to move and have fun!

Bree fell back in love with dance while living in London, thanks to one unforgettable instructor who encouraged her to get certified. That moment changed her life and sparked a passion that’s still going strong today. Helping members feel joyful, confident, and connected through movement is what keeps her going.

Her style? Energetic, inclusive & FUN.
Her advice? Try different classes, see what lights you up, and never be afraid to try something new. Women supporting women, always. 💕

Fun fact? Before fitness, Bree was a fashion buyer in London for a major High Street brand.
