COMMENT - STRUCTURE
You're not lazy. You're not broken. You've just been doing random workouts with no plan behind them.
I see this all the time. Someone who used to be fit, played sport, trained hard in their 20s. Life got busy. Kids, career, mortgage. Now they're 10-15 kilos heavier and everything they try fizzles out after a few weeks.
The problem isn't effort. It's structure.
At LFG we run 12-week programming blocks. Every session is planned. Every lift is tracked. Your row time this month gets compared to your row time next month. Progress becomes a number, not a feeling.
You train 40 minutes, 3 days a week. You see the same faces. Coaches know your name. People notice when you're not there.
That's the difference between exercising and training.
I program every BUILD, ENGINE and HYBRID session myself for our members. It's not a franchise template. It's written for the people who walk through our door.
If you've been starting and stopping for years, this is what's been missing.
What's the longest you've stuck with a program before life got in the way?
