I have travelled the world meeting fellow yogis who bring this wonderful, ancient art to the modern day world and trained and practiced with many beautiful and interesting souls. Yoga allows you to feel energised, motivated and reset, whilst finding the strength and the ability to find the quiet in this crazy world we live in!
