The classes are inclusive, age or current fitness are not a barrier as we are here to help you on your journey.

Tonight we stepped things up again — working on ducking, weaving and countering, alongside plenty of combinations, leg burn, core work and a big cardio finish. 🔥

Five weeks down and it’s great seeing the technique getting sharper while the work rate keeps climbing.

Brilliant effort from everyone tonight. 🥊💪
