What if healing isn’t always about finding the story?
What if, at some point, we have to learn to move beyond the story — to experience the emotion as energy, without making it who we are.
This is where psychological exploration and spiritual revealing can take us in different directions.
Not away from the pain, but deeper into it.
And perhaps, when we stop making the emotion personal, we discover something beneath it that was never wounded at all.
The part of us that is simply awareness.
Consciousness.
Soul.
If this resonates, comment “freedom”
to go beyond the story together.

Why do we meditate?
Beyond reducing stress or finding a moment of calm, meditation is an invitation to discover who we are beneath the constant activity of the mind.
The 21 Stages of Meditation program is an immersive journey through the stages of consciousness, using the science of Kundalini Yoga and meditation to cultivate awareness, resilience, and ultimately, realization.
If you feel called to deepen your practice, join us in the beautiful surroundings of Antalya, Turkey.

How much do you really trust yourself?
Self-trust isn’t the same as self-confidence. It’s the ability to listen inwardly, trust your intuition, and make choices that are aligned with who you are — rather than constantly looking outside yourself for the answer.
For me, meditation and Kundalini Yoga became a pathway back to that inner knowing.
We can honour ancient wisdom while still asking:
What does this mean for me, now?
That is self-trust.
That is intuition.
And that is freedom. ✨

What would love do?
I made these little cards for my niece — each one hand-painted in watercolour, with a question on the back designed to open up a conversation, invite curiosity, and help us get to know the little people we love a little more deeply.
Because sometimes children are shy, and sometimes the most meaningful things are the things they don’t know how to say yet.
Each set is handmade and tied together with a ribbon, so you can simply flip through the cards, one conversation at a time.
Looking for a meaningful, personalised gift for a little one in your life?
I can create a customised set for your child, niece, nephew — or anyone you’d love to connect with more deeply.
Send me a message if you’d like one made.
Is this really all there is?
We spend so much of our lives moving through the visible world — work, relationships, responsibilities, goals, achievements.
But meditation opens a different doorway.
Beyond the noise of the mind.
Beyond the stories of the ego.
Beyond what we can see, hear, touch, taste and smell.
There is a subtle world.
A world of mystery, stillness and possibility.
We don’t meditate to escape this world. We meditate to become quiet enough to experience what lies beyond it.
The mantra becomes the broom.
The mind becomes still.
The emotional field clears.
The seeking becomes surrender.
And sometimes, in that stillness, something opens.
A corridor.
An invitation.
A moment where you experience the world beyond the world.
This is one of the deeper dimensions of Kundalini Yoga and meditation — and it is something you learn through practice, not simply through words.

The breath is more than something we do to stay alive. It can be a beautiful reflection of how we relate to life.
With the inhale, we expand. We move outward. We take in the world, step into possibility, adventure, risk and experience.
With the exhale, we turn inward. We release, soften and return to ourselves.
And then there is that moment of suspension between the inhale and exhale — the pause between moving out into the world and coming home to ourselves.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Lungs are closely connected with respiration, the skin and body’s boundaries, the nose and sinuses, and the emotion of grief and letting go. They can also be associated with things like nasal congestion, sinus issues, dry skin and our relationship with boundaries and the outside world.
This Saturday, we’ll explore the Lungs through the lens of TCM, breath, movement and Kundalini Yoga — and perhaps discover something about ourselves along the way.
