Unfortunately, T-Ball and Majors games have been washed out due to the weather. 🌧️

At this stage, a Junior League update will be provided tomorrow pending ground conditions and whether the grounds remain open.

Thanks for your understanding and support, Giants family. 💙💛

🌧️⚾ SENIORS WASHED OUT — AGAIN! 💙💛

Well, Mother Nature clearly has something against our Seniors! 😩☔

Unfortunately, tonight’s game against WS Boomers at Tregear has been WASHED OUT, making it TWO weeks in a row our Seniors have missed out on taking the field!

Our team is itching to get back out there, but the weather just isn’t playing ball!

🤞 Fingers crossed it’s third time lucky next week!

💙💛 Hang in there, Giants! ⚾

💙💛⚾ ROUND 6 WRAP UP ⚾💛💙

Another round in the books for our Giants, with a little bit of everything this week — Mother Nature causing havoc, some close baseball and a couple of great wins!

🌧️ SENIORS | WASHED OUT
Unfortunately the weather had other plans for our Seniors on Thursday night. An attempt was made to move the game to another location, but the weather ensured grounds across the area weren’t viable and the game was officially washed out.

⚾ T-BALL | LOST
Our T-Ballers fought hard and certainly got the bats working, putting an impressive 14 runs on the board! They went down by just 2 runs, but what a fantastic effort from our youngest Giants. Plenty of runs, plenty of learning and plenty to be proud of!

🔥 MAJORS | WON
Another tough battle for our Majors! The game was tied 2–2 halfway through, before our Giants dug deep, pushed ahead and finished strongly to secure the win. Great fight right until the end!

👏 JUNIOR LEAGUE | WON
A great result for our Juniors this week! After fighting their way back to secure a draw last round, they kept that momentum going and came away with a well-earned win this week. Great to see the determination and hard work paying off!

Two wins, one incredibly close loss and one battle with Mother Nature — well done to all our Giants! 💙💛

Every round brings another opportunity to learn, improve and enjoy the game we love.

📸 Don’t forget — October Photo of the Month is still running! Keep snapping those game-day moments and send them through for your chance to be one of our October finalists!

⚾❤️💙 A WELL-DESERVED SHOUT OUT TO BEC! 💙❤️⚾

A big congratulations to our very own Bec Ricketts, who has been recognised by Baseball NSW as one of their October Volunteers of the Month! 👏

Bec has been part of our Giants family for many years, scoring for her son’s team each season and lending a hand with our adult senior teams over the years.

More recently, Bec has been a fantastic support to our younger teams, generously sharing her knowledge and helping new parent volunteers learn how to score.

It’s people like Bec who make our club what it is, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the time and effort she puts in.

Congratulations, Bec! A very well-deserved recognition, and we’re lucky to have you as part of our Giants family! ❤️💙⚾

Congratulations to our Volunteers of the Month for October 2026! ⚾

We thank you for all your hard work and effort in helping build a welcoming baseball community in New South Wales! 🙌

🌧️⚾ THURSDAY NIGHT SENIORS — WASHED OUT ⚾🌧️

Unfortunately Mother Nature has won this one! ☔

Tonight’s Senior League game — Holroyd Giants vs Penrith Blackcats at Foray — has been WASHED OUT due to the weather and will not go ahead tonight.

That also means our canteen will NOT be open tonight, so anyone planning to make payment or purchase supporter gear will need to catch us on Saturday or Tuesday instead.

💙💛 But don’t pack away the Giants gear just yet!

We’ve still got a BIG Saturday of baseball planned at Foray, starting with our juniors from 8:15am, followed by Junior League at 10:30am and two of our Adult Senior teams taking the field from 1:45pm.

Fingers crossed the weather plays nice and we can get back on the diamond Saturday! 🤞⚾

Stay tuned to our socials for any further game-day updates. 💙💛

⚾💙 💛 OUR GIANTS MAJORS ARE MAKING SOME NOISE! 💛💙 ⚾

What an incredible day yesterday for our Holroyd Giants Majors at the Sydney Blue Sox Slugger Series – Western Rumble! 🏟️🔥

Our Giants stepped up to the challenge, taking on some fantastic competition and showing exactly what they’re made of!

🏆 DIVISION 1 RUNNERS-UP! 🥈

🏃 3RD PLACE IN THE BASE RUNNING RELAY! 🥉

What an amazing achievement from this group of young players! 💪

But beyond the results, it was fantastic to see our Giants out there giving it their all, supporting their teammates, building confidence and enjoying the game we all love.

These opportunities are what junior baseball is all about – learning, developing, making memories and having a whole lot of fun along the way!

A massive shoutout to our coaches and families for their continued support and encouragement. 💙 💛

Thank you to the Sydney Blue Sox for creating such a fantastic initiative and to Penrith Baseball Club for hosting an awesome day at Andrews Road Baseball Complex.

Congratulations to all teams who participated, especially the Penrith Pumas on taking out the Division 1 title! 👏

Giants, you’ve done your club proud! Keep swinging, keep learning and keep showing everyone that Giants spirit! ⚾🔥

💙 💛 GO GIANTS! 💛 💙

⚾ ROUND 5 WRAP UP 💙💛

Another round in the books, and while the results may not have all gone our way, there was plenty to be proud of across our Giants teams!

🔵 SENIORS | LOST
Our Seniors came out firing and held a strong lead for the majority of the game. MacKillop kept fighting though and finished strongly to secure the win. A tough result after such a great start, but plenty of positives to take away!

🟡 T-BALL | LOST
Another great morning of baseball for our littlest Giants! Plenty of game time, plenty of swings and, most importantly, plenty more opportunities to learn and grow. Every game is another step forward for these little superstars. 🌟

🔵 MAJORS | LOST
Our Majors also came out strong and held the lead, but Penrith refused to give up and managed to steal it late. A great battle from both sides and another valuable game under the belt for our Giants.

🟡 JUNIOR LEAGUE | DRAW
Now THIS was a comeback! 🔥 Down 5–1, our Juniors dug deep, chipped away at the lead and fought their way right back into the game to secure a DRAW! What an effort and what a way to finish! 👏

Wins, losses or draws — every game gives our players another opportunity to learn, develop and become stronger as a team.

Proud of our Giants. Onto Round 6! 💙💛⚾
