💙🐊 FTGDCA MENTAL HEALTH ROUND🐊💙

This weekend marks the third FTGDCA Mental Health Awareness Round, proudly supporting Beyond Blue.🐊

Mental health matters, and this weekend is about more than just cricket. It’s about coming together as a community, starting important conversations and reminding those around us that no one has to face their struggles alone.

We encourage everyone to dig deep and make a gold coin donation in the collection tubs around the grounds this weekend. Alternatively, you can donate online using the link below:

Every donation, big or small, helps raise vital funds to support mental health initiatives across Australia.

Most importantly, check in on your family, friends and teammates. Take the time to ask how someone is really doing, listen without judgement and remind them that support is always available.

There is no shame in speaking up, asking for help or reaching out when things get tough. Let’s look after our mates, both on and off the field💙🐊
