⚾ What a fantastic night at The Highway Hotel for the 2026 Baseball SA Legacy & Launch Night! ⚾

It was fantastic to see the South Australian baseball community come together to celebrate our great game, recognise the incredible people who have contributed to it, and officially welcome in the new season.

Our club was proudly represented on the night, and it was especially special to be there as a Woodville member and hear the wonderful stories and memories from two incredible Woodville legends who were inducted on the night.

👏 Congratulations to Baseball SA Hall of Fame inductee Mark Peters OAM and Baseball Australia Hall of Fame inductee Don Masters.

Hearing the stories from their playing days and the history they have helped create was a wonderful reminder of the proud tradition and legacy of baseball at Woodville.

Congratulations, Mark and Don — two true Woodville legends! 💚💛⚾️

⚾ SAY HI TO RYAN STRADLING! ⚾

Ryan started playing T-Ball at Woodville in 2013 at just 7 years old. He then moved to East Torrens, where he played most of his junior baseball, before making his way back to the Senators to play senior baseball.

As a junior, Ryan loved playing Charter Baseball with the Marlins, representing the team five times. He enjoyed making new friends, building great memories and learning so much from the coaches along the way.

Since returning to the Senators, Ryan has thrown himself into club life — playing senior baseball and coaching our Women’s Division 2 team alongside his dad, James, who has been an incredibly influential and supportive part of Ryan’s baseball journey. ⚾

Ryan loves playing at Woodville because of the club culture and the great people around the place who make baseball so enjoyable.
