I'm a Personal Trainer and running my own PT business @ Prime Athletica boutique gym (recently starting my own business in Fitzroy and moving away from Melb CBD)

I love everything fitness but with clients, I enjoy focusing on helping them gain mobility and building strength.

I am grateful for my health and the ability to move everyday.
It's great to see my niece have so much fun with burpees, the best part of it all was it was an exercise she wanted to share with me and i didn't teach her this! Her giggling during the exercise just melts my ❤️ if only you can see how much she was smiling 🥰
