Congratulations to our 2025 Teacher Training cohort who graduated on Sunday!
What a joy to witness the completion of their journey together. The transformative work and compassionate self inquiry that a yoga teacher training asks of you is no small feat, and reflecting on the past 3 months we have spent with this group Jaspah and I are deeply moved by their capacity to support and nurture each other, and their willingness to engage with the practice. It is an incredible privilege to have guided this chapter of their journey and we can’t wait to see what comes next as they take on teaching the Sunday 8am community classes!

Soul Circle is a monthly community class combining ancient yogic teachings and modern embodiment practices to deepen your mind-body connection, release stress and harness the healing capacity of community.
We will co-create safe, sacred space to explore slow flow, mantra, pranayama, meditation and journaling exercises that invite you on a soulful journey of self-discovery and community connection.
