Before we take off… 🚣‍♀️💙 There’s a quiet moment of preparation checking the boat, setting the oars, getting comfortable and finding your focus.

It’s easy to see the rowing, the kilometres and the finish line, but there’s something special about these moments before it all begins.

Just you, your boat, the water and a little determination.

Then you push away from the pontoon… and the journey begins. 🌊🚣‍♀️✨

But rowing is about more than what your body can give.

Whether you’re a seasoned rower or have never stepped into a boat, an Ergo class is a fantastic workout. 🚣‍♀️ It builds strength, fitness and endurance, is low-impact and challenges your whole body. For rowers, it helps build power and fitness for the water; for non-rowers, it’s a fun way to discover the benefits of rowing without ever needing to get in a boat! 💪❤️
