A little change is happening 👋

We’re currently making a few changes around the gym, with construction due to finish next week.

We’re still open 24/7, so come in and train as usual.

Thanks for your patience while we get things sorted. If you have any questions, feel free to ask our team!

Stronger Together 💪🏻

This Thursday, September 10th is RUOK? Day.
The Exercise Room will be opening its doors from 8AM to 7PM. Come train with us, free of charge.

We don't just focus on the physical health of our members, we care about mental health too.

So all we ask is a donation on arrival, with every dollar going towards mental health support in our local area.

What's on:
- Pillar Performance Hydration
- Stretching Class @ 10am & 6pm
- RowErg Challenge
- Snacks Table

Bring a Friend, bring your energy, and let's make some noise for a great cause.
