Hands in Straps — Core + Arms ❤️❤️

1. Hold → hip twist
2. Circles
3. Lat pull → layer chest lift + double-knee stretch + adductor squeeze
4. Add tricep
5. Hold adductor tiny squeezes

Side-Facing Arms 💛+

1. Chest press → add a squeeze
2. Chest press → overhead raise
3. High kneel → low kneel
