Congratulations on achieving your 1st Stripe Jake, 6am sessions, he’s alway committed, Jake has a personal health and fitness goal as well as learning self defence, and after loosing 16kg with a combination of other training and good diet. Jake is kicking goal. Well done mate, keep up the great work.
