SMNE 15/Over Touring Team | ACT Winter Championships
What a weekend for our inaugural SMNE 15/Over Touring Team!

19 swimmers | 2 coaches | 1 team manager | 118 events | 2 days
Taking on the ACT Winter Championships at the AIS, our team came together not just to race, but to learn, challenge themselves and continue their development as swimmers.

At SMNE - the #1 Area - we are passionate about providing opportunities that help our swimmers continue their progression, not only in the short term, but well into the future.

This weekend was all about IMPROVEMENT.

And improvement isn't just about the time on the clock.�It’s about the things that happen along the way - race ex*****on, learning from each swim, resilience, confidence, supporting teammates and finding ways to get better every time we dive in.

The past two days were all about putting that into practice and building towards the new season. 💪

And there were some fantastic results along the way:
🥇 9 Gold�🥈 6 Silver�🥉 14 Bronze

But perhaps more importantly, 118 opportunities to learn, improve and grow.

A huge congratulations to all 19 swimmers for representing SMNE with such pride, and a massive thank you to our coaches and team manager for supporting the team throughout the weekend. And a huge thank you to our coaches Blake and Jacob for their amazing guidance and support!

📣 ANNOUNCEMENT - SMNE AGE TOURING TEAM

SMNE is proud to be supporting our 1st Age Touring Team to the ACT SC Championships.

A 19 strong team will head to the nations capital, supported by SMNE coaches Blake and Jacob and team manager Ariel.

Swimmers were selected from Age national results with the aim of this meet to help athletes progress to finals at next years Age nationals.
