The improvement from Georgie has been awesome to watch!

She's continued to grow in confidence and develop her game week after week, and it's really starting to show on the field.

Her hard work and willingness to learn are paying off, with Georgie stepping up and making a real impact for East.

Keep building, Georgie! Plenty more to come!

WOMEN'S NORTH MVP – EMIKO CURCURUTO

BACK-TO-BACK MVP!

Emma is absolutely everywhere on the field at the moment! Whether it's making plays on offence, stepping up on defence or filling whatever role the team needs, she continues to deliver.

Her versatility, work rate and ability to make an impact wherever she lines up have been massive for East.

Another huge performance and a well-deserved second straight MVP!

WOMEN'S SOUTH MVP – EMMA VANDERVELDE

Leading from the front on defence!

Emma continues to be a key part of our South defensive unit, helping organise the girls, keeping everyone switched on and leading by example on the field.

A strong presence who puts in the work every game and helps keep our defence firing!

Well deserved, Emma!

CAPTURE THE FLAG 2026 | WOMEN’S TEAM ANNOUNCEMENT

The Northern Sydney Rebels are heading to Adelaide for Capture the Flag 2026!

We've got some new faces in the mix this year, joining a talented young group that includes a number of players who have already represented their state and country.

There's plenty of talent and potential in this squad, and we're looking forward to seeing how they come together.

CTF is a great opportunity for our players to test themselves against teams from across Australia and overseas, gain experience and continue developing their game.

Looking forward to seeing what this group can do in Adelaide!
