FJFC AGM TO BE HELD 24TH MAY 2026 @ 4PM
Direction to Re-Conduct Annual General Meeting (AGM) held 21st September 2025,

The Forrestdale Sporting Association (FSA), as the governing body, has determined that the previous AGM was not conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in the constitution.

As a result, the outcomes of the previous AGM are deemed invalid, and the FJFC is hereby directed to convene and conduct a new AGM.

Our goal is to remove the association between smoking, va**ng, and drinking with sport, helping set our young people up for healthy and thriving futures.

We ask all players, families, supporters, and visitors to respect this initiative at all trainings, games, and club events.

Strategies we encourage include:
• Keeping all smoking and va**ng away from playing and spectator areas
• Avoiding alcohol consumption around junior players and teams
• Leading by example through positive behaviour
• Promoting healthy choices and active lifestyles
• Supporting coaches and volunteers who help enforce club expectations
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and family-friendly environment for everyone
