Our ladies 1s are back at it again this weekend with a chance to make the GRAND FINAL!!! Be sure to head on down to Shenton Turf THIS SUNDAY at 12:30PM to cheer them on! 🏑

🏑Perth Thundersticks Season Launch!

If you didn’t know this yet, I love sports - netball and softball normally, but I’m always excited to support our Hockey teams in WA. 💪

Thank you to the Kalamunda Districts Hockey Club for having me as their guest! Particularly Simon, Jayne and Naomi who serve on the Committee. ❤️

Great to celebrate the start of their season alongside State colleagues, Lorna Clarke MLA and Geoff Baker MLA.

YEAR 5 HOCKEY CARNIVAL -SEEKING VOLUNTEERS!!!

It’s that time of year when we host the best HOCKEY carnival ever – the Kalahockey Year 5 Hockey Carnival, to be held on Wednesday 23rd September 2026.

You can play an important role in promoting Hockey in our district by helping at this event!

This carnival is part of the Kalahockey outreach program and provides over 150 students with the opportunity to play the sport we love - Hockey - in an exciting carnival atmosphere at Hartfield Park in Forrestfield.

This is the 9th consecutive carnival, and you are invited to contribute as a volunteer on the day either as a coach, umpire, or other volunteer.

Time: 8am -3pm
Bring: Hockey gear, water bottle, hat, positive vibe!
Wear: Kalahockey uniform / merch
Provided: Lunch and refreshments
