The Toowoomba City Lions Club are made up of an ordinary group of Toowoomba residents who do EXTRAORDINARY things within our community. We are volunteers who give our time, labour and means by providing hands-on assistance to enhance our community, all whilst making new friends for life and having an enormous amount of fun doing things that make us feel wonderful about ourselves and our community. 2026.07..07. Yesterday we welcomed DG Stuart and Barbara as they stepped in as District 201Q3 District Governor. A moment that took 2 years and 8 months and a lot of hard work to happen, and was symbolised by Barbara removing the 'Elect' ribbon from Stuart's badge. Wishing you all the best for the next 12 months Stuart and Barbara - we look forward to working with you.

A special thank you to PDG Engelbert Krampl (and his wife, Traudi) for doing the induction of the incoming officers for 2026/2027.

Congratulations to the members, past and present, of the Lions Club of Toowoomba City on our 60th anniversary!

Our club was formed on the 22nd of February 1966.

We were so lucky to have charter member and current member, Lion John Evans, cut our anniversary cake with our newest member, Lion Nicole Hammermeister.

Thank you to all who attended on Monday night who helped us celebrate šŸ„³
