🏏 FIRST OUTDOOR TRAINING – THIS SATURDAY! 🏏

Our first outdoor training session is this Saturday from 10am–11:30am at Delacombe Park.

Even if the weather isn’t looking great, please make the effort to get down. The leadership group wants to have a chat with everyone about the upcoming season and what we’re looking to achieve.

Outdoor training will run every Saturday from 10am–11:30am until our regular Tuesday/Thursday training begins.

If you’re unable to make it this Saturday, please let Zac know.

🏏 MPCA 60th Anniversary Awards Night 🏏

What a fantastic achievement for two Delacombe Park legends to both be named in the MPCA Team of the Decade! 🏆

💛 CHICO – Nic Christides
Chico was selected in the 2005/06–2014/15 Team of the Decade as the opening batter.

During the decade, Chico amassed an incredible 4,408 runs, with a huge percentage of those coming in boundaries! 💥🏏

💛 JONNY GUTHRIE
Jonny was selected in the 2015/16–2024/25 Team of the Decade as the opening batter and wicketkeeper.

Jonny scored an impressive 4,328 runs during the decade, along with an incredible 202 dismissals behind the stumps. 🧤🔥

The club is incredibly proud of you both. This is a well-deserved recognition of two outstanding careers and the impact you have both had on Delacombe Park Cricket Club.

A huge congratulations also to two other players with strong Delacombe Park connections:

👏 Chris Brittain – A former DP junior and senior player for five seasons, Chris was selected in the 2015/16–2024/25 Team of the Decade. While his selection came outside his time at DP, he always made a huge impact during his time at the club.

👏 Ricky Ramsdale – Ricky led the club as Captain/Coach for four seasons during a highly successful period. He brought a level of competitiveness and training standards that continue to live on at Delacombe Park to this day.

Congratulations to Chico, Jonny, Chris and Ricky on an incredible achievement. 👏🏆

Four outstanding cricketers. Four very deserving selections.

A massive 51 players hit the indoor nets last night for our first men's pre-season session. What a fantastic way to start the season – the energy was unreal! 💪🔥
