Another weekend of hard work in the red, white and black. ❤️🤍🖤

Our Seniors made the trip to Pearcedale and put together another strong four-quarter performance, coming away with a convincing 99–14 victory. A fantastic team effort built on pressure, discipline and playing the Frankston way from the opening bounce to the final siren.

Our Reserves travelled to Mornington and, despite fighting until the very end, went down 65–7. The scoreboard didn’t reflect the effort, with the group continuing to show resilience and determination against a quality opponent. Plenty of positives to take into the next round.

ROUND 15 CALLING 📞

The reserves will kick us off at 10:30am against Mornington at Dallas Brooks oval. After 2 wins on the trot, the girls are in good form and we look forward to seeing what they can bring!

The seniors will follow at 12pm at Pearcedale, coming off a massive win last week, looking to build and make it a fourth win in a row and continue gaining momentum heading into finals.

A huge congratulations to our skipper who will reach 100 senior games against Pearcedale on Saturday!

In her first year as captain, Steph has been super versatile, ever-reliable, leads from the front and plays wherever she is needed, always doing the job. Steph has had a great season for the dolphins and 100 games is a massive milestone and a testament to her commitment and dedication.

After being sorely missed last week, our number one returned in style with a trademark performance that earned her Round 14 MVP honours. Elizabeth’s relentless repeat efforts, selfless 1-percenters and willingness to put her body on the line set the standard from the first bounce to the final siren.

The little things often make the biggest difference, and no one does them better than Liz. Welcome back – what a game! 🔴⚪⚫

A clean sweep for the Dolphins as both our seniors and reserves came away with the four points against the Tyabb Yabbies!

The seniors produced a dominant performance, running out convincing 148–0 winners. More importantly than the scoreboard, the group committed to playing four quarters of Frankston football—bringing relentless pressure, selfless teamwork and intensity from the first bounce to the final siren, regardless of the opposition.

Our reserves battled through another tough contest with the Yabbies, grinding out a hard-fought 20–8 victory. It was a physical game from start to finish, but the girls stuck to the task, worked for one another and found a way to get the job done.

A fantastic day for the club and another proud day for the red, white and black. On to the next! ❤️🤍🖤
